That's it. We keep it minimal by design.

How We Handle Your Contract & Analysis

We store your contract text and analysis only as long as needed to deliver your report and, if you choose it, the optional Value Blueprint. We do not use them for training or advertising. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).

• We don't profile you or run ads.

Third Parties

We use industry-trusted partners to help make Fineprint.coffee work:

• OpenAI: For AI-powered summaries and chat.
• Resend: To send summary emails or notifications (if you request them).
• Stripe: For secure payments (if you choose a paid plan).

They may process only the information needed to provide these services and are committed to strong privacy practices.

Your Rights

As a user—or just a visitor—you have rights:

• Export: You can request an export of any data we hold about you.
• Delete: You can request deletion of your personal data (including your analysis and associated contract data) at any time. We will delete it on request, subject to legal or regulatory holds where required. Request deletion using your Contract ID →
• Unsubscribe: You can opt out of emails—each email includes an easy unsubscribe link.
